Unfortuantly I am currently unavailable for freelance hire. I am working now with a great pricing research start-up based in Ireland. I only work on one client at a time – simplifies things and ensures my clients get my full focus.

Freelance Services.

There is often three ways clients have hired me in the past though often in practice they overlap into each other. There are simply categorized by deliverables; Plan, Product & Time.

Plan – Analysis & Recommendations

This option is usually a defined project to deliver a set of recommendations. It can include a road-map of capability building investments, actions to take and necessary key decisions in a final report/presentation.

Product – Deliver a data solution.

This option usually begins with a project but can evolve into an ongoing contract to support implementation.

These type of projects focus on building a working solution with data, to solve a customer or business problem. This may include creating a new dataset, a reporting dashboard, predictive model or implementing a new data technology tool/system.

Time – Hire by the day

This “hire me” option is as an on-going resource where a project team are already working to a defined deliverable, and a client needs specialist resourcing to help deliver on time.
